Head of Product
Location: Remote, Company HQ in Birmingham, AL
- Full-time, $200k+ and performance based bonuses

As we continue our journey from Seed Stage to Series A, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead our product strategy and development.
Position Overview
We are looking for an accomplished Head of Product with a proven track record of scaling SaaS startups in the construction-tech or property-tech space. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the evolution of our platform to meet the dynamic needs of electrical contractors.
Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy and Vision
- Develop and articulate a compelling product vision aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
- Drive the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the needs of commercial and industrial electrical contractors while anticipating market trends.
2. Scaling from Seed to Series B
- Leverage your experience in scaling SaaS startups to guide the product team through the challenges and opportunities associated with growth from seed stage to series B.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure product strategies support the company’s overall growth objectives.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer support teams to deliver a cohesive and customer-centric product experience.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between product and other departments.
4. Market Analysis and Customer Insights
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the construction-tech and prop-tech space.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product decisions and enhancements.
5. Product Development and Execution
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and prioritization to delivery and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of features and improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head of Product or similar leadership role in scaling a SaaS startup from Seed stage to Series A/B.
- Background in construction-tech/prop-tech or background in drawing or drafting product development is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies.
